Our Bio
Mduduzi Cindi, a Media and Advertising Guru, is the Founder and Managing Director of The SteaDy with over 12 years of experience in the media & advertising industry as a Media Planner, Strategist, and Business Director for some of the biggest internationally recognized agencies and brands.
Founded in 2017, The Steady is proudly a South African agency with a Level 1 BBBEE Score. We are based in Bryanston, Johannesburg, with a team of 18 young creatives and professionals. Our performance provides top-class results through accurate research and valuable insight.
Mr. Dali R Ncamani who has an extensive experience in Sales, has long history in the furniture business, and Sales in general, he has about 20 years’ experience in Sales, he has worked as a Sales Manager in companies like Great African Seating, Ukhuni Business Furniture, Jabil USA, CPA
Amongst the prominent customers that was part of his clientele are institutions like Constitutional Court, where he supplied all the seating, Public Protector where he supplied their Boardroom chairs during Ramoshwana tenure, he supplied EDCON Group, FNB National. ACSA, supplying all the silver benches at OR Tambo. And he has worked for Jabil USA a Renewable Energy company where his management in this sector was honed, he has planned and completed solar installations,
He has completed solar installations both private and institutions, like homes and school, he is well vested in this field, his ability start from measuring power usage to meeting the required input on the green energy both for off-grid and grid-tie systems.
